I did all of this work as an undergraduate at Boise State University. I never had a problem focusing on the conceptual in my work. I find that art is an excellent way to purge demons or work through difficulties, and after working for a copule of years on this subject, the painful memories of child abuse no longer plague me to the point of interrupting my life. That is reserved for migraines, so now I will make brains until the pain is gone.
